Gebran Bassil, Lebanon’s former foreign minister, came to Davos “on his own expenses,” he told CNBC’s Hadley Gamble at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. He commented on several issues in Lebanon, including the economic disaster and electricity issues.
